Telemedico is one of the biggest providers of medical teleconsultations in Europe that enables 24-hour access to general practitioners and specialists. Our mission is to be the leader in the implementation of telemedicine and, thus, to provide our patients with excellent medical care wherever they are, whenever they need it. We provide consultations in 3 channels: telephone, chat and video and we offer various other telemedicine products for our clients.
Our services are benefiting insurance, assistance, healthcare and financial companies based in Europe, Middle East, South and North America and include key global players like: AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, Novartis and many more.
Key facts about Telemedico:
5+ years of relevant work experience, with proven enterprise sales experience (preferably in insurance or healthcare industry).
Proactive attitude and a self-starter with hunter’s mentality who takes strong accountability for personal results.
Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team (min. 10 people).
A passion for building, leading and inspiring high performing teams.
Excellent presentation, negotiations and executive engagement skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term trusted relationships (internally and externally).
Good understanding of what we do at Telemedico.
Proficiency in English, other languages (especially Polish, German, French, Russian, Spanish or Italian) will be an asset.
Experience working with start-up companies is a plus.
Manage the complete sell-cycle from lead qualification to deal closing globally (mainly insurance, assistance, pharmaceutical, medical companies and other enterprise clients).
Build up long term relationships with customers, partners and prospects worldwide.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, identifying clients’ needs and developing new products and business concepts.
Ongoing management and development of a global sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties.
Supporting Business Development Managers / Country Managers by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
Working closely with the technology and product team to successfully introduce new clients into telemedicine services.
Weekly reporting on sales activity and conducting revenue forecast meetings for all territories.
Supporting development of the market entry strategy for selected territories.
