We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and help to build whole company Operations on Spanish market, being of the the first people on the market. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

Requirements


  • Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills

Responsibilities


  • Help introduce processes on new market and be the link between Headquarters and Office in Spain
  • Using your natural passion, engagement and excellent communication skills, cooperate with new customers and successfully introduce them to our processes and the ways we work.
  • Ensure ongoing , smooth communication with our partners to achieve mutual success.
  • Implementing and leading excellent customer service within your team
  • Through natural drive and commitment implement and sustain highest possible standards of customer service and success.
  • Use your knowledge and experience to effectively plan, overlook and review day to day activities.
  • Our candidate must have fluent English and be able to communicate effectively with our foreign business partners.
  • Solve problems of clients and escalate if needed.
  • Be highly engaged in process of onboarding of new client. Take care of his patients and be able to answer their questions.
