Requirements



  • Knowledge of insurance/medical industry

  • Experience in insurance industry with building medical network

  • Knowledge of terms of cooperation with foreign medical staff

Responsibilities


  • Cooperating and recruiting with doctors on Spanish market

  • Setting best practices for medical network and hiring staff

  • Onboarding succesfull candidates.

  • Being able to work effectively with business partners and customers as well as with our polish team

  • Building relations with doctors and taking care of standards.
