Telemedico is one of the biggest providers of medical teleconsultations in Europe that enables 24-hour access to general practitioners and specialists. Our mission is to be the leader in the implementation of telemedicine and, thus, to provide our patients with excellent medical care wherever they are, whenever they need it. We provide consultations in 3 channels: telephone, chat and video and we offer various other telemedicine products for our clients.
Our services are benefiting insurance, assistance, healthcare and financial companies based in Europe, Middle East, South and North America and include key global players like: AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, Novartis and many more.
Key facts about Telemedico:
7+ years of relevant work experience, with proven enterprise sales experience (preferably in insurance or healthcare industry).
Proactive attitude and a self-starter with hunter’s mentality who takes strong accountability for personal results.
Strong network in insurance industry.
Demonstrated people management experience (min. 10 people).
A passion for building, leading and inspiring high performing teams.
Excellent presentation, negotiations and executive engagement skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term trusted relationships (internally and externally).
Good understanding of what we do at Telemedico.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, other languages (especially Polish, German, French, Russian or Italian) will be an asset.
Experience working with start-up companies is a plus.
Build & establish the Telemedico subsidiary, brand and operations in Spain.
Set commercial strategy and growth plan for Spain in close cooperation with HQ.
Drive growth and manage country P&L.
Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business opportunities.
Creating and executing local marketing strategy.
Building and leading a local team, recruiting key people responsible for operations, customer support, network management, sales.
Leverage existing business networks, and build relationships to generate new business (insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial sector and other) to meet sales target and manage existing clients portfolio.
Cross-functional leadership work with stakeholders in central teams to drive growth and ensure alignment with HQ for regional and global initiatives.
Utilize your knowledge of relevant markets, competitors and trends to expand client base and increase market share.
