Requirements


  • minimum 4-5 years experience with clients relationship building
  • good knowledge of medical/insurance market
  • great communication skills and goal orientation
  • ability to set bold goals and achieve them
  • negotiation abilities

Responsibilities


  • setting standards of B2B customer success processes
  • proper onboarding and building relationships with B2B clients (mainly insurance, assistance companies)
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they stay with us
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
