Requirements


  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role (preferably in insurance, healthcare or virtual care industry)

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in English, other languages (especially Polish, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Romanian) will be an asset

  • Experience working with scaling start-up companies is a plus

Responsibilities


  • Closing deals with qualified leads and opportunities.

  • Building and Managing sales pipeline.

  • Responsible for achieving a quarterly quota.

  • Forecast and track KPIs (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

  • Assisting our Customer Success team with account management.

  • Identifying and communicating customer needs to our Product team.
