Telemedi.com provide consultations via 3 main channels: phone, chat and video-calls.

Recruiter / HR Expert
(form: either hybrid – partially home-office and partially Warsaw based HQ or office based full-time)
very good knowledge of business English (min. B2 level)
3+ years of professional experience on similar position with track record of independent projects’ realization
pro-active/self-starter, good sense of humor and a positive attitude
strong ownership approach, courage to take responsibilities and make decisions
passionate about HR with open mind and willingness to learn new things!
end-to-end recruitment activities including: role definition, setting sourcing approach, active participation in selection processes, etc.
supporting various administrative activities: creating and launching job ads, preparing reports, ordering job contracts, etc.
being active member of the HR team: proposing and implementing new solutions and improving existing processes e.g. on-boarding/off-boarding, hiring, etc.
being 1st point of contact for staff HR issues and inquiries.
