3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role (preferably in insurance, healthcare or virtual care industry)
Experience in selling complex technology solutions will be a great asset
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Native/bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Fluent in English, other languages will be an asset
Proven ability to work on portfolio of markets would be an asset
Experience working with scaling start-up companies is a plus
Strong motivation and willingness to make a change and build our presence in different European countries.
Building and Managing sales pipeline.
Closing deals with qualified leads and opportunities.
Responsible for achieving a quarterly quota.
Forecast and track KPIs (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Assisting our Customer Success team with account management.
Identifying and communicating customer needs to our Product team.
