Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English

Requirements


Your tasks would cover: 


  • Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls, mail, chat, and Facebook messages

  • Support customers in arranging consultations with doctors, solving  client's problems 

  • Provide a detailed analysis of reported issues.

  • Propose new solutions for the operation of the telemedicine platform,

  • Collect comments from clients and doctors 

  • Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians

  • Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation

Responsibilities


We expect you to:

  • an empathetic, understanding, and discreet person. 

  • accurate and organized.

  • communicative knowledge of English and Spanish language, 

  • knowledge of the Office system, 

  • experienced in customer or patient service.
