At StorkJet, we’re redefining aviation efficiency through AI and real-world flight data. Our growing IT infrastructure is critical to making that happen – and as an IT Administrator, you'll be an essential part of keeping our tech environment stable, secure, and scalable.
From managing the hardware that powers our private cloud to supporting the team behind our AI models, you’ll be helping create real-world impact on sustainability and innovation in aviation.
We are looking for: IT Administrator (regular)
Your tasks 🎯
- Maintain and troubleshoot employee hardware (laptops, printers, iPads) on a daily basis.
- Provide basic server support and assist with physical infrastructure in the office and colocation environments.
- Handle internal IT support tickets in coordination with the IT Admin team.
- Support and improve backup procedures.
- Maintain and organize IT asset inventory.
- Learn and apply automation tools for recurring tasks.
- Participate in data center visits, assisting with server setups, diagnostics, and maintenance.
Our requirements 🔍

- Experience managing IT inventory and working with office hardware (printers, laptops, iPads).
- Attention to detail and ability to document hardware setups and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, structured workflow, logical and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn independently, work in a team, openness for feedback, and handle stress.
- English at B2 level (international work environment).
Nice to have 💪
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Basic knowledge of network equipment.
- Experience working in a helpdesk environment.
Financial offer for Regular 💰
- CoE: 8 300 – 10 100 pln gross
- B2B: 9 250 – 11 250 pln netto + VAT
What makes this role stand out 🚀
- This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI company where infrastructure is built, not outsourced. You’ll get hands-on experience with both office IT and real server hardware in a production environment – including collocation and private cloud.
- You’ll have real ownership over tasks from day one, and room to grow into automation, scripting, and infrastructure engineering. It’s a perfect role for someone who’s technically curious, eager to learn, and excited about working in a mission-driven company that’s changing how airlines operate – and reducing their CO2 emissions in the process.
How we like to work 🤝
We’re not just looking for an employee – we want a team-player who:
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Brings ideas to the table and proposes better ways of doing things.
- Is self-driven, keeps their scope under control, and meets deadlines without babysitting.
- Is curious and digs into options before picking the smartest one.
- Cares about clean architecture, code quality, and tech stack evolution.
- Collaborates proactively, gives and receives feedback openly.
What do we offer ✨
- A real say in tech decisions and space for your ideas.
- Training budget, language classes, internal tech talks, referral program.
- Flexible hours and a modern office in the heart of Katowice.
- Fully equipped kitchen (with an oatmeal station – we take breakfasts seriously).
