We are looking for a structured, hands-on professional who will take ownership of legal and administrative aspects of our sales processes. You will work closely with the Management Board and support the Sales team in coordinating client documentation, contracts, and formal requirements related to enterprise agreements with airline clients.
Your tasks:
- Organize and maintain corporate and contractual documentation across company entities and ensure proper document workflows and approvals
- Coordinate the contract lifecycle and communication with enterprise clients, from draft agreements, negotiations to final signature
- Coordinate participation in RFP and procurement processes run by airline clients
- Support the Sales team in preparing commercial offers and negotiation materials
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation summaries supporting internal decision-making
Our requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, project coordination, or sales operations in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience working with B2B contracts in enterprise environments
- Experience cooperating with legal teams during contract negotiations
- Understanding of international compliance standards and due diligence processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex documentation and parallel processes
- Very high attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Experience working with international clients or partners
- Fluent English (C1) and Polish
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Hybrid work model – minimum 3 days per week in the Katowice office
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting enterprise procurement procedures or RFP processes
- Legal education and/or experience working in a legal department or law firm
