At SonarHome we help people to make and execute the right decisions when selling or buying a property. We provide state-of-the-art technology to find the best price and build an optimal home sales strategy. We’re the market leader in Poland and expanding throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Our technology is built for markets where the data transparency is low, therefore we plan to become the no 1 player in valuation products across global emerging markets.


SonarHome is a team of ~15, including the 5-person product&development team. A true core of our cooperation is remote work, which allows us to build global relationships based on trust and flexibility. We're looking now for a new superpower to support our Business Development / Customer Success team.

Wymagania


Requirements

  • At least 3 y of work experience in Business Development,

  • Experience working in B2B and B2C model,

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

  • Proactivity and can-do attitude,

  • Willingness to work in a small team with clear mission and goals,

  • Native Romanian,

  • English fluency, at least B2 (it’s a must, the manager is English-speaking),

  • Ability to learn, comprehend and implement knowledge about new technologies and tools,

  • Experience in Real Estate is a huge plus,

  • Ability to issue an invoice (having PFA or willingness to open one) or bills while paying social security contribution and taxes in country of residence.

Obowiązki


Customer Success

  • Supporting customers / users by email and telephone,

  • Monitoring situation of customers transferred to Sonarhome’s partners,

  • Maintaining quality customer satisfaction surveys,

  • Fraud detection (verification of suspicious/missing transactions).


Internal Processes

  • Participating in internal business-product meetings aimed at sharing experiences from different markets,

  • Verification/optimization of automatically generated translations (from a linguistic perspective),

  • Support in the creation of marketing content (considering the specifics of the local market).
