HR & Admin Specialist

We are a team of people who do awesome things which matter. We are looking for an HR & Admin Specialist who will support the current HR & Admin Team in taking care of office (40%) and HR processes (60%).

Requirements


We are looking for a person who combines both self-organizational skills and proactivity. If you are flexible and not afraid to work in a fast-changing environment - and you like it when a lot of is going on on a daily basis, it is the role for you. What do we expect?

  • It’s essential to have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and interest in people-related issues.
  • Being a master when it comes to time management and self-organisation.
  • A willingness to create simple content and graphics for internal communication.
  • Being detail-oriented and quality-focused.
  • Great English and Polish skills.
  • You should not be afraid of managing your workload accordingly and setting priorities, even when the to-do list is a never-ending story.

It would be great if you:

  • feel comfortable using Excel.

Responsibilities


Administration tasks (40%):

  • Supporting the Office Manager in everyday activities.
  • Cooperating with external providers.
  • Coordinating special missions such as services and conducting repairs in the office.
  • Organizing integration parties and internal meetings.
  • Managing the company calendar.
  • Coordinating the correspondence flow.
  • Keeping an eye on the cleanliness of the office.
  • Coordinating equipment inventories.
  • Organizing business trips.

HR tasks (60%):

  • Coordinating cooperation with translators (internal and external).
  • Being responsible for chosen HR processes such as development programs, managing benefits, and HR documentation.
  • Creating simple content and graphics for internal use.
  • Others, depending on your skills and interest, you could develop yourself ina chosen HR field: HR Administration, Onboarding, Office and Event Management, Sourcing and Recruitment, Employer Branding, Training etc.
