The last 8 years convinced us for good, that a great product can be made only with people who truly love and enjoy working on it. So we’re looking for an experienced Agile practitioner to become a change agent and a major part of the Agile transformation process at Infermedica. 


We are looking for someone who

  • has 5+ years of professional experience in IT agile development
  • has experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
  • helps people choose the right frameworks, methods, or practices tailored to their particular needs and challenges
  • has hands-on experience with agile scaling frameworks
  • has a can-do and result-driven attitude
  • has solid analytical and observational skills
  • has experience in facilitation and collaboration with both on-site and remote-based teams
  • has strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • is focused on continuous improvement, both on team’s and company level
  • is proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • embodies and shares our core values - support, quality, and transparency

It would be even better if you have

  • have Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach certification
  • have experience in leading projects related to healthcare, pharmaceutics, medical devices, or health insurance


Your impact and responsibilities

  • Providing the necessary hands-on servant-leadership and support for the multiple teams to adopt agile values, methods, principles, and practices (as an Agile Coach you will work with 1-4 teams; ratio depending on team maturity and current priorities)
  • Being accountable for the Scrum teams’ effectiveness
  • Removing impediments to continually increase the probability of success in each sprint
  • Defining and integrating scaled agile techniques and practices to improve development predictability, reduce time to market, increase the quality of the feedback loop, and impact value delivered to the customers
  • Coaching and mentoring the organization to gain a deep understanding of Agile and effectively adapt the best methods and tools enabling the creation of world-class healthcare products
  • Building an environment aligned with our values in which change is welcomed and the customer is the focus of the work
  • Being a change agent in the agile/product transformation
  • Helping assess the current state of agile maturity level
  • Supporting Product Owners/Product Managers and Head of Product and provide education where needed
  • Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration at a multi-team and company level
  • Providing mentoring and coaching to Scrum Masters’ team

Interview steps:

  1. A screening interview with selected candidates. It would take about 1 hour.
  2. Next, two interviews are planned. The first one with the Product Consultant and CTO to better understand your professional background, expectations, and motivation. In the third and final one, you will meet members of our product teams. This would be done remotely and could take about 4 hours in total.
  3. If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
