VP of Marketing

Your role

Joining the Company at a critical point in its growth trajectory, you will have a chance to challenge the healthcare industry by helping us to improve access and quality of primary care worldwide.

You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to create and execute the company’s marketing strategy across all audiences – B2B partners, physicians, and patients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive growth marketing plan to increase Infermedica’s product and vision awareness worldwide.


We are looking for someone who:

  • is excited about our mission to create the Care Coordination Platform that will help millions of people worldwide in diagnosing and treating primary care diseases
  • has a proven track record in VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior position (global and healthcare experience preferred)
  • has an ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term vision while executing immediate priorities
  • has a strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions
  • has a solid experience defining, analyzing, and reporting on performance marketing metrics in a multi-channel environment (i.e., CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV)
  • has experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and techniques
  • has strong leadership skills
  • has experience in managing significant marketing budgets
  • possess excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal


  • prior experience working in a healthcare or health insurance company


Your impact and responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Ability to cooperate with external authors, including setting the purpose of the publication
  • Building relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improving them when necessary
  • Prioritizing marketing projects and allocating resources accordingly
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the C-level
  • Working closely with the Sales team to deliver high-quality customer leads and having a measurable impact on the company's revenue target
  • Building and coaching a high-performance marketing team
  • Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Representing Infermedica at conferences and events
  • Partnering with executives to set the long-term vision and strategy
