At Infermedica, we develop AI-driven products that allow insurance, healthcare, and pharmaceutical companies to pre-diagnose, triage, and connect patients with the appropriate medical services.

We are looking for someone who

  • embodies and shares our core values: transparency, support and quality
  • is focused on continuous improvement and understands it starts with ourself
  • has enough professional experience to feel comfortable working independently
  • understands frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Nexus or LeSS to have a broad background of available practices for supporting teams in building their own way of work
  • understands that introducing processes are worthless without creating value flow for our customers
  • has practical experience in supporting remote teams
  • can fluently communicate in English on an everyday basis (both written and spoken)

It would be even better if you have

  • understand domains related to healthcare, pharmaceutics, medical devices or health insurance 
  • have experience in on-site meetings facilitation 


Your impact and responsibilities

  • Establishing an environment aligned with our values 
  • Providing the necessary hands-on servant-leadership and support for two product teams (Symptom Checker and Intake Form team)
  • Supporting the Teams in achieving customer satisfaction, increasing the quality of the feedback loops, reducing time to market and improving predictability 
  • Helping Teams to inspect and adapt their ways of work
  • Resolving issues on the organizational level that hinder the Teams' efficiency
  • Resolving issues that hinder the Teams’ work
  • Facilitating meeting wherever it is useful
  • Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Cooperating with other Agile Coaches to create the most supportive processes across the whole organization 
  • Supporting the Product Owners and Teams by providing education where needed

Interview steps:

  1. A screening interview with selected candidates. It would take about 1 hour.
  2. The second one will be a meeting with our Agile Team, where we would like to understand your professional background, expectations, and motivation.  We will also talk about your knowledge and test if our culture is something you would like to join. It will take up to 2h.
  3. In the third and final one, you will meet members of our Product Teams. You will take part in a case study session, which will give some space to check how we feel working together. It will also take up to 2h.
  4. If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
