Your role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer/Partnership Sales, who will become a key member of the Sales team to act as the technical resource and value proposition engineer across Infermedica’s product offerings. Solutions Engineer/Partnership Sales position would be an ideal fit for someone who likes technology, wants to be knowledgeable about the different scenarios of the product, likes to learn fast, and is always engaged in improving the partner-company relationship. This role also includes a quota for developing partnerships with Employer brokers and consultants as well as EHR and other technology companies.


We are looking for someone who

  • Is excited about our mission of improving primary care for every patient on the Planet
  • Has professional experience in Solutions Engineer and/or Partnership positions
  • Has at least 4+ years of experience working with healthcare clients such as providers, insurers, or employers
  • Has technical curiosity and willingness to understand complex technical solutions
  • Is familiar with API consumption and service integrations
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native preferred)
  • Has strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Has self-manage attitude
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Is familiar with the healthcare system and payor challenges
  • Embodies and shares our core values - support, quality, and transparency


Your impact and responsibilities

  • Acting across Infermedica's product offerings and representing them on behalf of the Sales and Partnerships Team
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Business Development team in the pre-sales process to identify potential partners' technical needs
  • Developing the value proposition
  • Demonstrating products and creating value propositions that will help us to solve problems posed by potential partners
  • Proactively handling demands and priorities in an agile and customer-focused environment
  • Partnering with our product teams to stay abreast of product releases and enhancements
  • Collaborating with various partners, both internal and external
  • Building and managing partnerships with employer consultants and brokerage firms as well as EHR companies and other tech partners
