Infermedica’s Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, who will help us with the process of creating, implementing and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements


We are looking for someone who

  • Has 3-5+ years marketing automation experience in a B2B company
  • Understands of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
  • Has an experience with integration of marketing automation tools and CRMs (eg. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Presents competency in using HTML/CSS
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native preferred)
  • Has strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including for meetings with executives and stakeholders
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Is able to work independently and self-discipline
  • Is open to travel
  • Is efficient and willing to deliver measurable results
  • Embodies and shares our core values - support, quality, and transparency

Responsibilities


Your impact and responsibilities

  • Email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements
  • Map customer journeys within our automation tool, create campaigns and workflows from contact acquisition to retention
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze metrics, and present campaign performance
  • Continuously optimize campaign results and conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads to the sales team
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Develop and maintain responsive email and landing page templates and troubleshoot issues trends and advancements
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generation forms
