We are looking for a skilled and talented country manager to help us grow and define the right and successful business development strategy in the DACH region. If you are interested in digital healthcare and you’d like to have a hand in intelligent product business development, we’d love to hear from you. 


We’re looking for an outgoing candidate who combines both business skills and a wealth of healthcare knowledge. What exactly do we expect?

  • 6+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably at a digital health company (telemedicine, EHR, CRM, etc.)
  • A solid history of data-driven business development
  • Experience in selling healthcare or medical insurance products to enterprises
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries in the DACH region
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Native (preferred) or native-level German language skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Network of Healthcare executives in DACH

As a Regional Sales Director DACH, you will play a decisive and strategic role in expanding business relationships and growing our business in the DACH area and beyond.

Your impact and responsibilities:

  • Creating GTM strategy and refining product-market fit for DACH
  • Liaising with the team on ROI models development for Statutory Sick Funds, Private Insurance, and Hospitals
  • Leading and driving execution across DACH sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Participating in long and short term performance planning
  • Leading the negotiation and close agreements processes with large customers
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Performing research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Recruiting the very best talent in the DACH market
  • Contributing to the overall global success of the company
