We are looking for an experienced Website Operations Manager to lead the growth and optimization of the client’s website portfolio – from editorial to event-focused platforms. This is a strategic, cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, SEO, and personalization.

Headquartered in London, UK, Client operates throughout Europe and the United States.
4+ years of experience with Piano.io – configuration, gating, personalization, reporting.
4+ years of SEO experience – strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with:Â WordPress, Piano.io, GA4, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools)
Proven experience working cross-functionally and with external partners.
Demonstrated success in using a data-driven approach to grow digital audiences.
Nice to have: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Oversee and maintain key websites (WordPress), including Client World, Client America, and the main editorial site.
Develop and execute SEO strategies and continuously monitor performance.
Configure and optimize gating and personalization strategies using Piano.io, including reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align on content and digital strategy.
Partner with the external development agency to deliver continuous enhancements.
Use data to drive audience growth and user engagement across all platforms.
Salary up to 110 PLN/h (B2B)
