We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Rollout Experts in the following specialization areas:

• Finance

• Sales & Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• HCM & Payroll

As a Rollout Expert, you will play a key role in deploying D365 across European entities. You will work closely with local and central teams, ensuring proper system configuration, localization compliance, testing, and post-go-live support.

Wymagania

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant in your area of focus

• Hands-on experience in D365 implementations or rollouts (preferably international projects)

• Solid understanding of business processes and legal/localization needs in one or more European countries

• Strong system analysis and configuration skills

• Fluent in English (B2/C1); other European languages are a plus

• Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-team environment

• Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330, MB-500); Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, Power BI

Specialization - D365 Finance:

• Implement core D365 Finance functionality (AP, AR, GL, FA)

• Handle tax logic (VAT, Intrastat, statutory reporting)

• Manage fixed assets, month-end/year-end closing processes

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements

Specialization - D365 Sales & SCM:

• Configure and optimize purchasing, warehouse, and sales processes

• Manage contracts, production planning, and supply chain operations

• Support stock and inventory planning

Specialization - D365 HCM & Payroll:

• Configure and roll out D365 HR/Payroll modules

• Ensure local payroll compliance and country-specific HR settings

• Integrate with banks (SEPA), time-tracking systems, and expense management tools

• Support development and maintenance of local HCM policies
