Senior Data Engineer (Python/Django)

Our client from the insurance industry is developing an advanced dashboard that presents key risk metrics for investors as well as performance indicators for the investment portfolio. The tool includes complex visualizations and reports that are frequently reviewed by senior leadership. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing these reports, ensuring compliance with data architecture standards, and optionally contributing to the migration of the dashboard from Dash to React (nice to have, not mandatory).

Wymagania

✅ Must have:

5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Backend Engineer
Strong proficiency in Python and Django (backend)
Solid knowledge of SQL
Hands-on experience with Snowflake

✅ Nice to have:

TypeScript & React (frontend)
Dash (visualization framework)
Flyway with Snowflake
RDS SQL Database
AWS CDK

Obowiązki

Maintain and further develop existing reports and the business dashboard.
Ensure data and reports comply with data architecture standards.
Write and optimize SQL queries and integrate with Snowflake.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver key metrics for investors and senior management.
Optionally support the migration of the dashboard from Dash to React.
