You will join a German creative agency delivering IT solutions for public sector and administration projects (national & local level).
The role focuses on building and extending CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Wymagania
🛠️ Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM
Solid experience with:
C#, .NET
XML
Power Platform (apps, flows, integrations)
Strong experience with REST APIs (development & consumption)
Very good knowledge of MS SQL (queries, optimization, integrations)
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills in German (min. B2)
➕ Nice to have:
Experience with custom module development and external API integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure
Exposure to Power BI and reporting solutions

🧠 Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services)
Extend system capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents
Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Build and maintain REST APIs, including integrations with external systems
Ensure code quality through unit and end-to-end testing
Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, code reviews, team collaboration)
Communicate with stakeholders in German and English
