We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation involving the migration from Planview to Broadcom Clarity / ValueOps.

This is more than a system migration — the program includes PMO and portfolio management transformation, process redesign, governance and organizational change.

You will lead multiple workstreams, coordinate internal teams and implementation partners, and work closely with senior stakeholders across business and IT.

Wymagania

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise projects or programs.
• Hands-on experience with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity.
• Proven experience delivering PMO, Portfolio Management or Work Intake transformations.
• Strong track record of managing multi-workstream enterprise programs.
• Experience managing implementation partners, software vendors and external delivery teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including steering committees and senior leadership.
• Experience leading organizational and process transformation initiatives, not just technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a mature PMO or enterprise governance environment.

• Previous experience leading a Planview-to-Clarity migration or transformation.
• Experience with Broadcom ValueOps.
• Experience with other enterprise PPM platforms such as ConnectALL, Rally, ServiceNow PPM or Jira Align.
• Experience delivering portfolio and demand management transformations.
• Experience with hybrid funding model transformations.
• Experience designing portfolio governance frameworks or operating models.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PgMP or PMI-PMOCP.
• Clarity, Broadcom, Planview or other PPM platform certifications.

Obowiązki

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Planview to Clarity transformation program.
• Own the integrated project plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies and resource planning.
• Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams across the program.
• Oversee implementation activities across Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally and related portfolio management capabilities.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change control.
• Lead executive governance, steering committees and senior-level status reporting.
• Manage implementation partners, software vendors and third-party resources.
• Facilitate future-state process design workshops covering portfolio management, work intake and governance.
• Support the design and implementation of future-state portfolio governance and operating models.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technology.
• Support the transformation of funding models, including hybrid funding approaches.
• Ensure alignment with PMO governance standards and audit requirements.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and ensure timely resolution of key program risks and dependencies.
