Requirements


We would love to see you on our team if:
  • you have initial experience in customer service 
  • you have very good command of spoken and written Romania and Hungarian (C1)
  • good command of spoken and written English (B2-C1)
  • you learn quickly and are open to new knowledge and experiences,
  • you are accurate, reliable and well organized,
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment,

Responsibilities


As a  Customer Service Specialist you will be part of an experienced team from which you will learn a lot, performing tasks such as:
  • entering orders into a commercial database,
  • dealing with customer enquiries (telephone and e-mail),
  • updating the customer database,
  • handling incoming enquiries and orders on an ongoing basis,
  • solving day-to-day problems related to the order/sales process, 
  • supporting sales staff in the sales and order processing process,
  • training, expanding sales and IT knowledge, continuous development and participation 
  • development and participation in company projects.
