We are looking for a Sales Representative who understands the local market and enjoys building long-term business relationships.

Sales environment & customer profile
 
Our core target customers are SMBs (Small and Medium-sized Businesses), which means you will most often work directly with decision-makers such as owners, managing directors, or IT managers.
The sales cycle is short, dynamic and transaction-oriented – speed, accuracy and effectiveness are crucial for our customers.
 
In this role, you will manage a high-volume sales environment, preparing on average around 300 commercial offers per month and handling a similar number of active customer interactions. Success in this position comes from the ability to work efficiently, prioritise well, and respond quickly with high-quality, relevant offers that help customers make fast decisions.

Requirements


  • Has at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, including acquiring new customers (experience in IT or technology is a strong plus).
  • Feel confident working with inbound leads as well as existing customer accounts.
  • Are comfortable building relationships and conducting professional sales conversations.
  • Communicate fluently in English, either as your native language or at a fully proficient business level.
  • Have a strong understanding of Netherlands market realities and business culture.
  • Are well organised and able to manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Are motivated by targets, results and long-term customer success.
  • Enjoy teamwork but are also able to work independently.

Responsibilities


  • Handling inbound enquiries from UK-based B2B customers (phone and email).
  • Preparing tailored commercial offers and selecting IT solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Actively acquiring new B2B customers on the Netherlands market and building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Reactivating and developing relationships with existing and former customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Coordinating order fulfilment with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance).
  • Working with CRM tools and managing your customer portfolio effectively.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Continuously developing product and sales knowledge with the support of internal experts and Product Managers.
