Who we need.

To join our sales team we are looking for a proactive person who is not afraid of conversations with customers, acts relationally, thus building a long-term relationship and cooperation with the customers served, providing them with comprehensive service from the substantive, but above all communication side. We focus primarily on the B2B sector, also you will be able to successfully use your previous experience gained in previous companies with us. As a new member of the team, you will have the support of leaders who will introduce you to internal processes, as well as prepare you for the job by offering their knowledge along with a prepared list of clients with which you will start working as a new sales supervisor.

Requirements


We would love to see you on our team if:

  • you have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferable in the IT industry
  • You speak fluent in Hungarian 
  • you speak and write English at least communicatively (B2/C1) without stress,
  • you act pro-customer, put the customer's priorities first and use the organization's resources to help them,
  • you enjoy working with people and effective communication is your daily bread,
  • you approach work and new challenges with full commitment,
  • you are self-reliant and meticulous, you are able to organize your daily duties so as to most effectively achieve your sales goals,
  • you are motivated by results and derive joy from your and your team's achievements,

Responsibilities


 

What will you be doing at Senetic? You duties: 

  • Handle inquiries coming in from our customers,
  • acquire new customers and build trust and a positive image and brand of the company in the market with the help of telephone and e-mail contact,
  • collaborate and develop long-term relationships with current customers,
  • take care of the highest level of customer service,
  • select optimal IT solutions that take into account all customer needs,
  • coordinate customer orders,
  • cooperate with other departments of the company: accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc., in order to ensure the highest quality of the service process for our customers,
  • improve your commercial competence and expand your product knowledge based on the internal knowledge of our specialists, Product Managers, as well as external trainings organized by the manufacturers we cooperate with.
