Responsibilities


As a customer service specialist, you will be part of an experienced team from which you will learn a lot, performing tasks such as:
  • entering orders into a commercial database,
  • dealing with customer inquiries related to existing orders (telephone and e-mail),
  • updating the customer database,
  • handling incoming inquiries and orders on an ongoing basis,
  • solving day-to-day problems related to the order/sales process,
  • supporting sales staff in the sales and order processing process,
  • training, expanding sales and IT knowledge, continuous development, and participation in company projects.
