Handle inquiries coming in from our customers,
collaborate and develop long-term relationships with current customers,
take care of the highest level of customer service,
select optimal IT solutions that take into account all customer needs,
acquire new contractors and build trust and a positive image and brand of the company in the market with the help of telephone and e-mail contact,
coordinate customer orders,
cooperate with other departments of the company: accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc., in order to ensure the highest quality of the service process for our customers,
improve your commercial competence and expand your product knowledge based on the internal knowledge of our specialists, Product Managers, as well as external trainings organized by the manufacturers we cooperate with.
