Obowiązki
As a customer service specialist, you will be part of an experienced team from which you will learn a lot, performing tasks such as:
- entering orders into a commercial database,
- dealing with customer inquiries related to existing orders (telephone and e-mail),
- updating the customer database,
- handling incoming inquiries and orders on an ongoing basis,
- solving day-to-day problems related to the order/sales process,
- supporting sales staff in the sales and order processing process,
- training, expanding sales and IT knowledge, continuous development, and participation in company projects.
