Wymagania


🔥Skills/Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in sales process to business customers, preferably in IT solutions or software sales. Knowledge of Microsoft products is an advantage. 
  • Strong ability to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with customers.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs, number of calls, number of qualified leads).
  • Ability to conduct clear, factual telephone and online conversations.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and ask relevant questions.
  • Attention to keeping data up to date and maintaining high-quality documentation of activities, as well as effective planning of the workday based on priorities.

You will be responsible for:

 • Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients for Microsoft cloud solutions through creative outreach strategies (social selling, networking, events, digital campaigns, etc.).
  • Generate new business opportunities by building a strong pipeline of prospects in the US market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their business challenges and positioning Microsoft solutions that drive value.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to design and propose customized, innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Present, demonstrate, and communicate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies effectively to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals and achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve lead generation, client engagement, and go-to-market approaches.
