We are looking for an ambitious and motivated person to support our new international project focused on Filipino clients.

We offer a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work, to give you flexibility and comfort.This position is primarily intended for candidates based in or near Legnica or Wrocław, due to the hybrid nature of the role.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer support in Tagalog (phone & email)
• Contact with Filipino candidates and clients
• Solving ongoing issues and answering inquiries
• Translating information between clients and internal team
• Cooperation with HR and operations team
• Building positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Tagalog (Filipino) – required
• Communicative English or Polish
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Experience is not required
