Hemolens Diagnostics® is a Polish venture that specializes in cardiac diagnostics. Our team consists of bioengineers, cardiologists, and IT professionals. Our work is about creating and developing an innovative, non-invasive method of heart disease diagnosis by using state-of-the-art software, which is likely to revolutionize the market of cardio-diagnostic tools. This way we will  be able to contribute to a significant reduction of risks associated with invasive tests.   

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist

Job location: Wrocław
Hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day online).

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar 
  • Min. 5 years in marketing 
  • At least 3 years in a Tech or MedTech company 
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and visual taste to design presentations that are clean, modern, and visually appealing
  • Creativity in translating complex ideas into clear and engaging visual formats
  • Attention to detail and consistency with branding guidelines
  • Ability to work under time pressure, delivering high-quality presentations within tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint 
  • Experience in preparing presentations for business, marketing, or investor-related purposes is a plus.
  • Experience with events, content creation, and B2B marketing
Tools: 
You are a savvy user of marketing-related tools:

  • PowerPoint (advanced) 
  • Canva (advanced) 
  • CMS systems (e.g., WordPress) 
  • CRM and email automation (e.g., HubSpot) 
  • Open to using AI tools

Responsibilities


  • Prepare sales support content (one-pagers, slides, PDFs) 
  • Organize and support industry events, including taking care of all logistics 
  • Create videos, animations, and short educational content 
  • Prepare and run webinars and podcasts 
  • Design presentations and sales materials 
  • Manage trade show presence (preparation and active participation)
  • Maintain and update the company website (CMS) 
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools 
  • Actively contribute to building internal marketing processes 
  • Cooperate on a daily basis with medical and technical teams to keep materials accurate and up to date
