We are looking for a Medical Content Specialist
Job location: Wrocław
Hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day online).
Wymagania
BS or MS in a relevant field
+5 years of experience in content writing in health
English – specialized language in the field of manufacturing technology (C1)
Medical Writing & Research: Ability to create scientifically rigorous and engaging medical content.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations (e.g., FDA, MDR, HIPAA, GDPR).
Content Strategy & SEO: Ability to develop high-performing medical content optimized for digital channels
Tools:
You are a savvy user of marketing related tools:
Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
Marketing & SEO Tools: HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs.
Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Teams, Trello.
CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.

Develop specialized medical and clinical content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and clinical documentation.
Create educational materials that simplify complex medical concepts for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Support the marketing and sales teams by providing data-driven, authoritative content for outreach efforts.
Define and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and brand positioning.
Research market trends, medical advancements, and competitor content to ensure thought leadership.
Optimize content for SEO and digital distribution to maximize reach within the healthcare industry.
Assist in creating clinical trial summaries, regulatory submissions, and compliance documents.
Ensure all published content meets industry standards (e.g., MDR, FDA, GDPR, HIPAA).
Contribute to conference presentations, webinars, and educational materials for healthcare events.
Develop high-impact content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring credibility and engagement.
