Requirements


-Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
-Knowledge of advertising platforms, including Meta/TikTok Business Manager, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
-Analytical skills, including operation of tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
-Experience in campaign budgeting and optimization.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Analytical thinking.
-Good time management.

-Achieving campaign objectives: Effectively achieving established campaign goals, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales.
-Innovation: Constantly looking for new and creative ways to use paid social media to achieve business goals.
-Increasing ROAS from paid social media campaigns.
-Effectively managing advertising budgets, maximizing the effectiveness of spending.
-Increasing engagement and conversions through the campaigns created.
-Successfully implement innovative strategies and campaigns that drive brand growth.
