Responsibilities
• Development of the long-term company marketing strategy and execution of the accepted strategy, incl. reviews and recommendations as needed to keep on track of expected results (OKRs)
• Contributing to B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition: OKRs for Marketing Lead generation and cost of acquisition to be agreed
• Implementation and regular reviews of a Marketing Leads Generation strategy
• Ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition: including brand, PR and communications
• Identify customer needs and challenges in target markets and define the corresponding go-to-market strategies
• Manage digital marketing and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Ensure that the team maintains and improves ongoing marketing programs: analyses and reports
• Create and deliver marketing materials, content and sales enablement content: managing existing team members, creating online content and outsourcing within budget
• Plan and support company presence and participation in industry events and conferences
• Market review, research and evaluation of alternatives and competitors in the market (who, comparison with our offering and GTM strategies): including coordinated input from Product Team and Services Team
• Working closely with the Sales Team: enabling them to meet their objectives incl. brand differentiation and solutions messaging to the market
• Working closely with Product Team: to define marketing strategies for new and existing products: product marketing
