At BR-AG, we are committed to consistently delivering the quality software and services to build trust in the world of supervisory reporting. A key goal for the Solution Architect at our company is to help ensure high-quality technology solutions for the products and services offered by BR-AG.


This recruitment is intended for full time 6-9 month engagement in one of our projects, with possibility of further extension into long term.

Requirements


• Curiosity, honesty, helpfulness, activity, and spontaneity.
• Openness and a quick learning ability.
• Experience with various software design patterns.
• Proficiency in English (min. C1)
• 3 years of experience in software development with at least one major programming language.
• 5 years of practical experience in solution design.
• Familiarity with IT security management standards (ISO 270XX, OWASP).
• Ability to understand business processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience and knowledge of techniques for stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience and knowledge of software documentation tools, notations, and patterns.
• Experience and knowledge of cloud computing (Azure preferred).


Nice to have
• Experience with C4, DDD, Event Storming and/or
• Experience or knowledge of TOGAF
• Experience modelling data various ways
• Azure Certifications
• Software Architecture certifications

Responsibilities


• Define, document, and review technology solutions, making continuous adjustments to ensure they meet business, security, and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to establish best practices and advocate for process improvements.
• Work with management, business, and technology stakeholders to understand goals and gather requirements for the designed solutions.
• Evaluate technologies suitable for the designed solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project and product lifecycle.
