 What you’ll do: 

As a Data Engineer at Regnology, you will be part of the Data Engineering team, working at the intersection of business and technology to support data-driven decision-making. You will develop and maintain reporting solutions that serve both internal teams and external stakeholders, helping the company derive actionable insights from complex data.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven expertise in analytics and reporting, especially using Power BI (including DAX and data modelling)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and good working knowledge of Python (especially pandas or polars)
  • Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git. Experience in collaborative, Agile environments
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive them to completion
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across departments 

Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business analysts to understand and translate requirements into analytical solutions
  • Ensure high-quality code through regular code reviews and adherence to development standards
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and process data from complex datasets
  • Build and maintain data models and DAX measures to support business KPIs
  • Support data ingestion and transformation processes, including integration with Python-based microservices
  • Ensure high performance and scalability of BI solutions across large data volumes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest BI trends and tools, sharing knowledge with the wider team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between reporting solutions and strategic goals
