We are looking for a person that will be working directly with the CEO & CTO supporting them in Sales oriented actions focusing especially on document preparation & working closely with Finance & Marketing to deliver Sales oriented outcomes for clients on time. 90% of the time you are going to support projects sales operations with Reffine existing clients Jaguar, Land Rover and Mazda.

Requirements

Project Management skills
Being very well-organized & proactive
Great English skills, especially in writing
Good communication skills
Staying honest & giving open feedback
Basic Sales Navigator knowledge
Excel basics

Responsibilities

Gathering data from Marketing, Development, Finance
Preparing sales presentations for existing clients (fee rises, upselling)
Preparing quotations
Working closely with designer to create amazing presentations & decks
Scheduling meetings with clients
Preparing notes from the meetings & sharing minutes
Coordinating & sharing takeaways with other departments
Working closely with finance on Purchase orders, Quotations & P&L updates
Working on deadlines for various stakeholders
Doing clients research on LinkedIn
Coordinating Clients visits / meetings
