Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1 level) for seamless communication.
Proven experience managing multiple software projects across all stages.
Background working with international clients, particularly from the U.S.
Flexibility to work partially in afternoons and evenings to support U.S. clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS, AI, Big Data, and Azure DevOps.
Expertise in modern project management techniques and technical terminology.
Proven ability to manage change effectively and adapt to evolving project needs.
Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving project goals.
Business acumen and ability to navigate complex client needs.
Nice to have:
Experience in business analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Background in software development.
Build and lead strong, motivated project teams.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and support the team to ensure success.
Hold regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
Act as a liaison between business needs and IT solutions.
Oversee projects through all stages of their lifecycle: from planning to delivery.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Monitor project metrics, quality, and profitability.
Manage risks, changes, and resource requirements effectively.
Engage with stakeholders, clients, and sponsors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Report progress and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
