Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of a Product Designer.
• Ability to independently complete complex tasks.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, introducing improvements, and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in designing with Webflow.
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) in both speaking and writing, along with fluent Polish.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Interpersonal and communication skills enabling open and constructive discussions.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Independently manage UX/UI projects within established guidelines.
• Create complex prototypes and functional mockups.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Analyze user data and adapt designs based on the results.
• Perform UX audits and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, analysts, and project managers as part of a team.
