Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• English at a level allowing smooth written & verbal communication (min. B2) and Polish at minimum C1- mandatory.
  
  

• Deep understanding of clean code principles, good programming practices, and software craftsmanship.
  
  

• Strong sense of ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with:
  
  

  • C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API.
    
    

  • JSON, REST/HTTP.
    
    

  • Entity Framework, SQL Server.
    
    

  • Microsoft Azure (DevOps, App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB, Application Insights).
    
    

  • Unit testing & Integration testing.

  • Microservices architecture / related patterns (preferably Microsoft reference architecture).
    
    

• Experience using AI-assisted developer tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
  

Responsibilities

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be instrumental in:

• Designing, building, and maintaining backend services using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API.

• Developing and exposing REST/HTTP APIs, and handling JSON payloads with robustness and performance in mind.

• Working with Entity Framework & SQL Server for data modeling, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity.

• Operating in Microsoft Azure: using Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB, and Application Insights to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

• Writing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.

• Applying microservices architectural patterns, ideally aligned with Microsoft reference architectures.

• Using AI-assisted developer tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI API etc.) to accelerate development and maintain high quality.

• Collaborating with peers: code reviews, architecture/design discussions, helping shape best practices.
