Are you a creative Graphic Designer who loves challenges? Is your approach to design full of passion? If so, we invite you to join the Qodeca team. We are a Polish software house collaborating with international clients, primarily from the USA. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help us create unique projects, including co-shaping the visual strategy of the Qodeca brand.
What do we expect from you?
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in graphic design.
Skills in creating graphic materials and animations.
Proficiency in design, experience in preparing materials for print and the Internet (e.g., landing pages).
Communicative English language skills. The Polish language is mandatory.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent knowledge of graphic tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma. Knowledge of Webflow, Canva, and Midjourney (or other AI-based tools) is a plus.
Experience working in a software house or IT industry is a significant advantage.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility for Qodeca's visual communication.
Providing creative support to the marketing and HR departments.
Designing graphic materials and animations for social media (FB, Linkedin, Dribbble, Behance), company website, and blog.
Preparation of key visuals.

Remuneration based on B2B contract from 8000 up to 10000 PLN net + VAT.
