Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in the role of a Product / UX/UI Designer.

• A portfolio showcasing completed commercial projects.

• Very good knowledge of Figma and UX/UI design principles.

• Experience in designing web and mobile solutions end-to-end.

• Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and projects.

• Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Very good command of English (minimum C1 level) allowing for fluent communication and project presentations. The Polish language is mandatory (min.C1).

• Ability to justify design decisions and constructively receive feedback.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Design Systems.

• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.

• Experience in UX research, usability testing, or UX audits.

• Previous experience working in a software house or digital agency.

• Familiarity with AI tools supporting the design process.

Responsibilities

• Designing digital experiences end-to-end, from initial UX to the final UI.

• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Independently executing assigned tasks, taking full responsibility for their quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborating directly with English-speaking clients and presenting design solutions.

• Translating business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

• Working closely with analysts, developers, Product Managers, and other designers.

• Participating in the development and maintenance of Design Systems.
