🚀 About the product team

We’re building our Product team from the ground up, and you’ll be the very first designer to join this new adventure. The team’s goal is to define what we build, why we build it, and ensure that every feature delights users while delivering measurable impact. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and CTO, helping bring the product strategy to life and set the bar for design excellence across in our app.

Our Product team is responsible for product quality, usability, and user satisfaction - and you’ll be instrumental in defining how the team works, how we design, and how we iterate on our product experience.

Requirements

💪🏼 You are likely to thrive in this role if:

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped work

• You’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid iteration

• You have experience designing mobile apps, with exposure to web platforms or SaaS products

• You’re confident taking product requirements and turning them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

• You are highly proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and comfortable building scalable design systems

• You have experience creating and maintaining design systems (components, patterns, documentation)

• You collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering, balancing user needs with technical constraints

• You have a solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design

• You’re comfortable contributing to or leading user research (usability testing, interviews, insights synthesis)

• You are AI-aware — curious about designing AI-powered features and how AI impacts user experience

• You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a remote team

• You are fluent in Polish and English (both required), with German as a strong plus

• You’re a team player who can take feedback, iterate quickly, and confidently advocate for strong design decisions

Responsibilities

🚀 About your role

As the Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end product experience - translating requirements into intuitive, scalable designs and collaborating with Product and Engineering to make them a reality. You’ll influence everything from the look and feel of the product to the design system and early AI-powered features.

In plain English, you’ll be the person who asks:

• “How can we make this app so intuitive that users can’t help but keep coming back?”

• “Where are the friction points slowing down our users, and how can we remove them?”

• “How can we build a design foundation that scales as we add new platforms and AI-powered features?”

💭 Your day-to-day

• Own the end-to-end product experience for our app.

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.

• Build and maintain a scalable design system - components, variants, and documentation in Figma.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Take ownership of user research initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Product - usability tests, interviews, surveys, and insights synthesis.

• Contribute to AI-powered features, ensuring they are intuitive, trustworthy, and aligned with human-centered design principles.
