This is the founder's right hand. As Chief of Staff, you'll scale the CEO's presence and impact as the business grows, ensuring critical work gets done and nothing falls through the cracks during expansion.

You'll jump across functions to solve problems, drive key projects forward, and keep the business moving through complexity and change. You'll own internal operations—process design, cross-team coordination, and keeping projects on track—while also handling external responsibilities that need CEO-level judgment but dedicated execution.

We're looking for someone with high energy, proactive instincts, and structured thinking. You're analytical but move fast, comfortable with ambiguity, and bring entrepreneurial flair to execution. This role is the backbone that allows a scaling startup to stay agile while growing up.

Wymagania


Experience:

  • 5+ years in startup operations role

  • Management experience of operations team including internal operations & legal team and external vendors

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes. 

  • Direct experience supporting a C-suite executive (CEO/COO/CFO) preferred. 


Technical Skills:
 

  • Expert proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and modern virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Asana/Jira). 

  • Strong understanding of basic HR and Finance administration processes. 

  • Excellent ability to document processes and create clear, concise internal communication. 


General Competencies: 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Highly Proactive, anticipating needs before they are voiced. 

  • Trusted confidant with impeccable judgment regarding confidential information. 

  • Strong Problem-Solving ability and resourcefulness.

What You’ll Do


  • Act as the CEO's operational partner -  Manage priorities, coordinate across leadership, prep for investor meetings, and ensure critical projects move forward

  • Work across the business to solve problems - Jump into finance, people operations, IT, legal, or any area that needs attention to keep things running smoothly

  • Own core operational functions - Manage relationships with external partners (accountants, PEOs, legal counsel, vendors) and ensure compliance, payroll, expenses, and workflows run on time

  • Enable the leadership team - Coordinate across the CEO, CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Growth to ensure alignment, communication, and progress on key initiatives

  • Support the team - Handle onboarding and offboarding, manage company tools and setup, and help employees with what they need to do their best work

  • Bring the team together - Organize events and internal communications that keep a remote, international team connected
