As a fintech company, we develop advanced trading systems for the Forex market, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and stocks. We also create platform management applications and analytical risk management systems for financial brokers, cryptocurrency exchanges, liquidity providers and banks. We work with clients from all over the world - mainly forex brokers, exchanges and banks.

The interest in our products is growing systematically, which is why we are actively expanding our team of programmers.

We are looking for employees for our 90-person team that works in Poland in two offices in Warsaw and Poznań.

Development path

At MTT, we approach each employee very individually and the career path varies depending on the experience of the candidate and the team. It can be increasing responsibility and independence, or joining and, over time, running more and more complex projects.


Stage I - Junior

We are happy to employ people studying or at the beginning of their career path. A new employee learns initially by working with the support of a more experienced team member.

Stage II - Specialist

You are given your own tasks and start working independently. You are part of a team working on a specific project, but you can implement your ideas at every stage of working with us.

Stage III - Senior

You are completely independent responsible for the implementation of your own projects or you manage a project team. You replace Team Leader in his absence.

Stage IV - Team Leader

As a team leader, you manage your own team. You have an influence on the directions of the company's development and you can implement your own solutions (programs, technologies).
