Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant as a part time (2-3 hours per day) support for the Finance and People & Culture department by performing daily administrating tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be working in Szczecin together with an experienced Finance and People & Culture team located in our offices in Szczecin, Poland and you will collaborate with employees from Copenhagen, Denmark. You will deal with a wide range of administrative tasks, support the Finance and People & Culture Department in servicing and supporting our employees in Poland and Denmark.

Requirements


  • English proficiency
  • Communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
  • Teamwork and positive “can do” approach
  • Reliability and sense of urgency
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good computer skills and Google tools, including Sheets

Responsibilities


  • Handling basic administrative tasks
  • Supporting Finance department in scanning invoices, filling data according to existing templates
  • Ordering office supplies, business cards, printing materials
  • Taking care of order in meeting rooms
  • Supporting People & Culture in the organization of integrations & company meetings
  • Receiving and sending documents/packages
