Software Developer with Python

We seek a Software Developer with proficient technical skills in networking and tooling/automation to automate tests in new L2/L3/WiFi CPE (Customer Premises Equipment).

Requirements


  • Experience in Python (pytest, flask, rq, paramiko, playwight, sqlalchemy).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, L2/L3 network protocols.
  • Knowledge of the networking troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump, wireshark.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux systems, experience with containers (Docker) preferred. 
  • Experience with GIT.
  • Experience with Rest APIs.
  • Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities


  • Maintaining the existing Python-based automation framework.
  • Implementing new software components in the framework which can be used for new use cases.
  • Auditing existing manual test steps for the automation framework and identify all the reusable components for the new automation test cases.
  • Manual testing and as the next step automating it.
  • Maintaining the current automated database.
