HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our people processes. In this role, you will take full ownership of HR operations and projects, from building efficient HR processes from scratch to enhancing existing ones, while driving key Employer Branding (EB) initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in ATS tools, LinkedIn, and Canva
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and its practical application
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and implement HR processes, including creating them from scratch
Lead Employer Branding (EB) projects to attract top talent and enhance the company's image
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Drive initiatives to build and strengthen a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture
Oversee and enhance employee benefit programs to align with employee needs and market trends
Create and manage engaging content for company social media channels to highlight the company’s culture and initiatives
Prepare employment contracts and coordinate pre-employment requirements, such as medical examinations
Manage and oversee training programs, including health and safety (BHP) compliance
